If you’ve landed here, chances are your home, or maybe even your life, feels a little heavier than you’d like. I want you to know something right away: you’re not alone, and you’re not broken.

My name is Julie, and I’m a Professional Decluttering Life Coach and Wellness Facilitator. But I didn’t always live in a calm, peaceful space.

My Journey to Calm

For years, I wrestled with clutter. Not just the piles of stuff on my counters or the overflowing closets, but also the emotional weight that clutter carries—the guilt, the “I’ll deal with it later,” the pressure to hold on.

One day, I realized something that changed everything: we are not our stuff.

That simple truth gave me permission to let go. To begin clearing not just the physical clutter, but the mental and emotional clutter too. Step by step, I discovered the freedom of creating space—space for peace, space for joy, and space for life.

The Power of 10 Minutes

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned—and now teach—is the power of 10 minutes.

When we feel overwhelmed, our brains tell us we need hours, days, or even a whole weekend to “catch up.” That pressure often keeps us stuck.

But here’s the secret: 10 minutes is enough.

  • Ten minutes to clear one drawer.

  • Ten minutes to fold one load of laundry.

  • Ten minutes to sit quietly and breathe.

  • Ten minutes to put one small corner of your home back in order.

Those little choices may not seem like much, but they stack up. Over time, they create a ripple effect—more space, more energy, and more calm. And just as important, they help rebuild your trust in yourself. You begin to see: I can do this. I’m capable of change.
